Very very pleased
Completed on time
Car collected & loan delivered direct to my address
Every single person I spoke to from switchboard through to delivery was super pro, friendly and with totally can do attitude, really impressed all round
My pickups dates were changed a few times by myself due to work and Solus did this instantly for me without complaint and again very friendly / accommodating etc.
Collection / Delivery operatives followed covid 19 rules exactly - social distancing, gloves and wore masks
Car was cleaned totally spotless both in & out, also rims cleaned, tires treated / cleaned etc. etc. thought they delivered a new car!!
I've never been driven into before so this is my first accident repair, I'm very happy that RAC used Solus
Can recommend enough 100% process start to finish, no issues whatsoever and all done with good vibes :: ))
ps this not written by an algorithm & I'm not being paid!!
