“Car Repair following Crash”

The car was collected and communication was very good from all the people i dealt with. My car was collected on a low loader with a courtesy Car. This car was clean and an automatic as requested.

The overall length of time that my car was with Solus was just over 1 week which was good. a slight hiccup with the return as i was advised it would be returned on one day and having waited for the car all day it never appeared. i had to wait on the telephone hold music for over 45mins. the agent was very Apologetic and re arrange to have the car delivered the next day at a different location.

The repairs done were fantastic and the car was delivered spotlessly clean.
