“Refusing a Refund”

My 17 year old daughter paid just under £35 including insurance for a broken TV to be returned to Amazon via Tuffnells, booked through interparcel. Invoice raised showing clearly the collection and delivery address, TV collected and then 5 weeks later after suspicion of loss it arrived back on our doorstep with both Interparcel and Tuffnells stating they cannot deliver to Amazon. After numerous calls they are refusing to refund the money paid for the delivery service they have not provided, as it apparently states on Tuffnells website that they don’t deliver to Amazon (how was this order raised and why was money taken then?). I am now talking to trading standards about this illegal trading. The customer service is shocking, really couldn’t give a damn, one was so rude it left my daughter in tears.
