“Filled tank and money still taken from account”

The car was good and we had no issues until after we returned the vehicle. We returned the car on time, with a full tank of petrol, and then £25 was taken from our account later that day. When we queried it, they said it was for fuel. We filled up the car only a few miles from the Kendall cars yard. How is it that we were charged so much for fuel?
