I called in because i wanted to renew my insurance with the same underwriter.
But also wanted to see if i could get it any cheaper.
I did not want to have to provide new information to a new provider.

Good service. Advisor was very patient and helpful. She took her time to ensure i was getting the best deal in the marketplace. She also discussed all the options I had that she felt was suitable.
Getting the option to pay in 2 instalment meant I got a very competitive rate - which convinced me to accept the deal.

Overall very satisfied and will renew again with this company if competitive.
