But this is one of those occasions.

I needed a fairly bespoke offset mortgage. I had a rough idea of what I needed and had approached several lenders including those I bank with. Very few of these lenders could accommodate me in my mortgage needs. The few that could, my bank included, wanted triple the fees that echo would charge me. The first person I dealt with at echo, Misba, must have had the patience of a saint what with the amount of changes I needed to make through the processes to get the final product to meet my exact needs. Each change I needed to make she dealt with promptly, efficiently and politely without ever making me feel rushed. The second person I dealt with was again efficient and professional.

This company went above and beyond what I would expect in regards to service given, but most of all they have saved me Thousands going forward.
