“Excellent Service and Would Recommend”

YMD and their advisor assigned to us, M.HE, provide an excellent personalised service to meet our mortgage needs. Whilst one can scan the market for mortgages, this is in no way a comparison to the service offered by YMD and excellent attention to detail that M.HE gave us. When life is hectic, M.HE took our requirements and also expanded upon them so that we understood further options. This is way more than a mortgage service, where M.HE took the time to look into supporting products, e.g. insurance (& much more). Then in a clear, easy to understand way, without all the ancillary marketing, M.HE presented options to us. Further to this, M.HE was then extremely flexible as we took preferred elements from each option and then zoomed in to a tailored package. All of this sounds expensive, but top of M.HE agenda was to also save us money each month and that was achieved. We'll certainly work with M.HE again in the future when current terms expire. Win, win - we saved money and have secured a far more robust estate.
