Has the most uk based food brands than any other app I’ve tried.
Great little app to keep you on track for weight loss, maintenance or bulking.
I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Also has extra features such as a section for takeaways, restaurants etc which hopefully will be constantly updated with more variety of menu choices.
You can set it to track specific macros which at the moment I’m tracking protein as I do weights and cardio but you can set it to track your fibre, fats, carbs etc.
