“Will not use again”

Avoid! My experience was similar to many others. After 6 weeks I tried to cancel order and plants arrived a couple of days later. 13 plants in a box the size of a wine case. Many damaged and others misshapen and in poor condition. Complaint - with photos, dismissed and recorded delivery letter ignored Extremely poor customer service. Difficult times I appreciate but ordered from Sarah Raven at same time and service was fantastic.
