DWR. We were let down by our previous provider, just no element of customer service from them so after contacting the person I dealt with it was a breath of fresh air to talk to someone who was on our wave length. We went through several scenarios to ensure we ended up with the right one for us at this time.
Our mortgage was up for renewal which we now have in place , along with reduced life insurance and a job I had been putting off for some time our Wills .
All paperwork was processed in a timely manner and even the Will element was done remotely via phone and email due to the start of COVID-19.
It’s good to know we can call on him any time in the future if our situation changes and we need advice.
The at home appointment at a time that suited us was also a great part of the service.
