“So far so good”

I have recently opened an account with Halifax. It's too early to be 100% sure but, so far, things have been very good. The staff in my local branch have been helpful, the online process (it's all online now due to Covid 19) has been plain sailing and when I had to ring to order my banking card the person I spoke to was very helpful too.

All in all a promising start. Only three stars at the moment but only as I have not been with them long enough to give a view that is not "middle of the road".
