“Poor communication and final result.”

Deep scratch repair
Initially thought paint work repair okay, but realised decal replacement shoddy. Awaiting replacement - likely 2 week delay.
Paintwork after closer examination exact area of repair scuffed and either needs buffed out or another repair (expect the former) But should have been spotted by the staff involved.
Blending of paint on bonnet done but appears not so onto the door. Not sure why as other companies who quoted were going to. Currently 3 to 1 - who's right?
Parts replaced but not clear why these were necessary.
Poor communication during the repair period. Car in garage for almost 5 days before work started per the online repair module and did not regularly update and when it did was in increments 2/22/44/66/88. Is this the only options it has?
Staff thought decals were okay - full of air bubbles. Further realised that they were of the wrong length compared to the ones on before.
Elected to do through insurance to get a good job but looks like the quote of £400 would have been the better option and saved me using 1 of my 2 protected no claims options.
