“Horrible customer service and unreachable”

Due to the pandemic, I had 2 flights, which I booked through Go To Gate, cancelled. So far, I have been 4 months waiting for a refund and there is no way to contact them or get a response.

It is currently impossible to reach Go To Gate. If you try to call them, this number is as if it didn't exists, the call doesn't go through. By email, no response whatsoever, they don't have anymore a contact form on their website and do not respond any of their email addresses.

I will never ever use them anymore and I totally recommend not booking through them as in case of problem, you are by yourself
