“Avoid... Dreadful”

Avoid... Nightmare.
Ordered a coffee grinder and printer paper.Paid with Paypal They delivered the paper 4 days later with a note stating the grinder was also delivered. 3 days later contacted to chase up: no coffee grinder in stock will come direct from supplier but there is no date. I cancelled the order and ask for refund. Week later called and turns out the refund was not done properly and it will take 14 days... 10 days later chasing up and being angry I asked for the money they said same day and hang up when I asked for confirmation email. 3 days later I filed a complain through PayPal but they just ignore it.
AVOID THEM
