Charged £39 and an extra £118 re a No Claims situation with previous insurers that was recorded incorrectly. Telephoned them, they assured me the charges would not be applied ( I have the written transcript confirming this ) and then took the money anyway! Awful customer service, formal complaint on its way. If no stars were an option, that’s what I’d be assigning.
