“Never use again!! Refund short by £140 poor service”

Opodo refund short but £140!!!!!
Booked two flights from UK to US for 13/4/20. The airline was Norwegian Airlines who like most airlines cancelled all flights due to COVID-19. When eventually getting a reply from Opodo they said I needed to chase the airline for a refund voucher and not them!?? Eventually after a lot of emails and tweets we received a refund 3 months later from Opodo. However it was short by £140. When challenged Opodo said this was for their search costs and process fees!!
This isn’t broken down in the payment process when buying online. I will definitely NOT be using Opodo again.
