I have been waiting for certificates since March. They constantly blame Royal Mail. They fob you off that the managers/finance/refunds staff are not working. They give you 48 hours to ask for a refund and reasons and then straight away they say my criteria was not met.
Instead always make sure you go to a .gov website as you will get the same certificate for a 10th of the price and quicker better delivery.
I honestly don’t know how these people look at themselves in the mirror everyday when they know they are happy to take peoples money and have no intentions of supplying the certificates. I spent nearly £400.
Please complain to Trading Standards should you have experienced the same as me by calling Citizens Advice Bureau.
