“Terrible company. Send me damaged discs”

This is a terrible company! Do not order your EBC products here. This company send me

1. Damaged discs (different damages)
2. I could not reach them to consult. The answered my email after 5 days.
3. I needed my car to have brakes so I mounted the brakes.
4. I send the pictures. The company agreed these are damages which should not be on a new product.
5. They did not want to compensate what so ever.

They say the just transfer the products. They do not check the products before they send them and therefore are not liable for the state the are in. Ridiculous ofcourse.

What a bad experience I never had this much issues buying online. If you want to buy with this company make SURE TO CHECK your ordered products thouroughly. Because there is no service or help after paying/mounting discs/pads.
