My battery was flat and I called the breakdown service included in my churchillinsurance. They didn’t even answer my phone,and when’s it didn’t automatically decline my call, it came in with an American recorded voice telling me they were busy and to try again later. I tried 60x over three hours. What if I’d broken down on the motorway with a small child. Appalling service. I won’t insure with Churchill again.
