Refused refund. They can't find call logs of the call when their customer service agent hung up the call after shouting. Refuse to give her name some can complain. Can't find log of calls linked to our booking, which suspiciously doesn't even show anything when i go in to my bookings online. Couldn't cancel with them in the days up to our flight as no one answered calls. No where online to request refund. We were left in the dark. Now they refuse a refund because of their own terrible system of not logging calls properly. Awful customer service. Unacceptable outcome. Can't even use their own call logs to find our calls linked to our booking. Will never let them take my money again.
