I booked a car through Fastcarhire in Italy. The service was provided by AutoEuropa. Upon arrival I was informed that the voucher provided by Fastcarhire was incorrect since it was short by about 25%. Obviously I protested, and I was reassured that the difference will be sorted between the 2 companies and not by myself. Upon returning the car, I found out that nothing was done about the issue and I was charged the full amount quote by Autoeuropa. To add insult to injury, the deposit paid to Fastcarhire vanished into thin air, and I was charged for that too. I tried to contact the companies a number of times but I got a single reply from Fastcarhire stating that feedback would be provided by a certain date. NO PROPER FEEDBACK WAS EVER PROVIDED!! So I dare ask...what is the purpose of Customer Care??
