“Bed bug mattress ”

We had a mattress delivered in October 24 2019 the delivery drivers took my mattress up stairs with there dirty boots on bought the mattress up to my bedroom with the mattress in one open ended polyline bag quickly pulled off and pushed it onto the base and said would you like us to take away your old mattress I said no that OK they were in a hurry as they had a very busy day and in November 2019 we notice black spots on the mattress buttons we rang glaswells to make a complaint they said they would send a instore furniture repair man he came a week later and did not have a glu. What it was and he would make a report it turn out to be bed bugs we had made numerous of calls to glasswells and all they could do was to palm us off with was two bed protectors and they don't what to know take your complaint up with furniture ombudsman which is still on going now for six months we can not sleep on the infested mattress as my partner has had cancer and has on going radiotherapy this has been a nightmare for us and glasswell customer services don't give a dam and spend there time fobbing customers off this is a warning to every one do not shop at any glasswells store we will never go in there ever again
