After agreeing a price for my old phone, I sent it off to Mazuma. Upon arrival with them it mysteriously developed a cracked screen (which it DEFINITELY did not have before sending) and the offer was significantly reduced. It was too much hassle to argue with them because all I would have received back would be a phone they would have made sure was damaged. Save your time and money. Go elsewhere
