I can't really give a review on claims process or customer service being as I have never had to claim.
Every year my payments increase making me feel not valued as a customer for having kept my insurance with the company. It would be nice to see the insurance industry in general reward loyal customers with small decreases in policies.
Only benefit is that everything can be done online but in this day and age, that is to be expected.
