“Avoid at all cost!”

This company are shocking and should be shut down! Cancelled my holiday, took 6 weeks to reply to me, staff were rude and aggressive with me, and I felt pressured to change my dates as I didnt want a credit note. I literally begged for a refund as I knew my job was at risk due to Covid but they werent interested at all. Charged me extra due to currency rate and then when confirmation email came through, they had booked wrong dates for transfers and wrong return return flight. 4 weeks later and 26 emails on, I still have had no response. Biggest mistake ever going through this company and they have £5.5k of my my money which has taken me years to save for and this has caused me and my family such unnecessary stress at this very difficult time. Im now trying the CC chargeback route with the hope we can get our money back. Shame on you Destination2, I hope you sleep at night!
