“AWFUL SERVICE”

We booked and paid for a River Cruise which was due to take place on 31st March 2020. The river cruise was cancelled in early March - which we anticipated and were glad about. We were offered a full refund. Despite repeated requests to Emerald and to the travel agents ROL Cruises - we are still waiting for our refund. We have now been told that we may have to wait 90 days - which is against the rules which state that monies should be returned within 14 days. We are appalled at the service which we have received. We have been fobbed off and offered no reassurance that the monies will be returned any time soon. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
