“Exactly the same... terrible”

We have had exactly the same problems in this 5 flats victorian conversion lease.
Before Labyrinth, no need to mention, the name says it all .. an authentic maze to go through, totally irrecomendable. Now Countrywide more of the same but bigger. Bigger bills, bigger indiference, bigger incompetence.

Look out for fire mantenance that doesnt exist, added bills for works at the building that didnt happen and over inflated communal electricity bills, and of course, when phoning them, they always say someone will ring you back... it will never happen. Best thing, go to their office, but dont expect to get many information about evidence to support their charges, it will always be something missing. They say will look at it and phone you back next week.. haha.. when phoning back again to see what happen will be there another new agent that doesnt know what you talking about, literally.

And finally, of course, if you decide to get on top of things and go to their office quite often as i did, you will get an answer like this... "sorry mr .. we work for the freeholder not the leasees...

If you want to add value to you property, get rid of this management agency.
