“TERRIBLE $%#? company”

After booking our flight to Italy in December 2019 I called FlightMaster to secure assigned seats. All was well until earlier this year when our Italy tour and flight was cancelled. I requested a refund of $175.00 from FlightMaster and was told I would get a check by mail. Since then the company is apparently out of business and therefore I am out the $175.00. However, I found through some exhaustive research, the web sight. I called and spoke with someone whom I could not fully understand. I told him my problem and he promptly told me that his company wasn't the company I wanted but gave me the number of my airline. Our flight was canceled because of the coronavirus. This is a third party reservation company. He then hung without saying bye, kiss my --- or anything. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
