Absolutely disgusting customer service. I brought a sun lounger which took 3 weeks delivery even though I paid a hefty delivery charge. I was told I would get a refund within 4-5 days. No refund 2 and half weeks later it’s disgusting. I then phoned customer services to be on hold for 1 and half hours and when I told the staff member that she hung up on me. The range UK should be ashamed of themselves and as a first time customer I will never ever shop with you again. I have never known a company like it. Just remember your customers make you!
