“Argos is TERRIBLE”

Placed an order for a new washer unit. Received item the next week. The item was CLEARLY DAMAGED, still had water in it despite sitting in a warehouse for months, the machine does not turn on, and was visibly dirty. Not delivered by Argos as advertised and advised by customer service along with information on the website. Now I have several washers in my home and Argos is either unable or unwilling to take back their defective trash until a later date. This company is complete trash.

The website also does not have accurate information. Clearly states removal of older units is possible for a fee. This is NOT the case.

I rate the service so low because of the length of time it takes to actually reach anyone and the representatives of the chat service ended the chat before I could even explain the problem.
