“Appalling!! Avoid at all costs.”

I ordered joint supplements for my dog on 28 March 2020, and it was given to the incompetent Delivery Group on 29 March 2020 with an untracked delivery timescale to France of around 3-5 days.
I allowed extra time for delivery delay due to the Coronavirus epidemic, but after 14 days my order had still not arrived.
I contacted the appalling Customer Service(?) department to be told it was my fault as I had not chosen a more expensive delivery option of a tracked service and Viovet could not help.
I waited another 14 days and contacted them again, but once again they would do nothing to help and pointed out again it was my fault, and I would have to wait 35 working days before they would initiate a claim with Royal Mail.
Obviously they did not care whatsoever about the welfare of my dog.
I ordered the joint supplement I needed from another supplier in the UK and it arrived in 5 days.
Meanwhile I contacted Viovet again, unbelievably to be told I should go to my local Royal Mail depot to find out if they had it.
I pointed out the delivery address is in FRANCE and the Royal Mail does not have a depot here.
Viovet went silent and now advise they cannot reply to emails within 5 working days, yes astonishingly, 5 working days.
However, my package eventually arrived on 6 May 2020, 45 days after I ordered it.
During this whole appalling episode with Viovet I have ordered 11 items from companies in the UK, Europe and even China and every single order arrived without delay apart from the totally incompetent Viovet.
Never again!!!!
