“Exceeded my expectations”

The travel agent totally exceeded my expectations. The planned flight date was approaching and ASAP agent called to offer to reschedule because of the virus restrictions. I am happy that we did it ahead of time and I had no hassle or worries about possible cancellation anymore. I am so excited about my upcoming trip and hope nothing will go wrong anymore. I would recommend ASAP Tickets service to family or other people who travel. Thank you for being so professional, I really appreciate it.
