“stay away form rain transfer”

I booked a transfer for my parents from Dalaman airport to their hotel over the internet. Rain transfer sent me a confirmation email with all the details of the pick up at the airport and cost etc.
They failed to turn up to meet my parents and after phoning them they were very, very uncooperative, giving numerous unacceptable excuses and then eventually they refused to talk to us.
My advise is to stay away at all costs, not worth the hassle.
