We were impressed with our advisor from the moment we met her. She had clearly done her homework so that our preliminary discussions were focused on what we wanted and what was achievable. She was able to advise us of the benefits of having our home in joint names. There was no hard sell - no question however peculiar was unanswered and we felt she dealt with our position with great empathy and consideration. She was able to put several different scenarios to us and we chose the one that worked for us. At no time was any pressure put on us and we felt she had an excellent and in depth knowledge of this sector - this was business but it also felt personal. She was totally transparent regarding charges that we would incur and we were made aware of progress every step of the way. There were hiccups due to Covid 19 but she was able to work round them. We feel we have achieved the result we wanted with perfect peace of mind and security for our future and would have no hesitation in recommending Access Equity Release to anyone
