One has to take into consideration that these are unprecedented times and delays are inevitable. I have two orders shown as pending on their website. One of these was placed about five weeks ago and the other three and a half weeks ago. I have had acknowledgements for both orders by email. The website gives two telephone numbers. When one of these is dialed I get the recorded information that that number is not operational. The other number rings, and rings, and rings.....but is never answered. AS I said these are unprecedented times but surely it is not unreasonable to receive an email apologizing for the delay in sending the order and giving some indication as to when they hope to dispatch it. All in all, completely unsatisfactory and terrible customer service. I would advise that you find an alternative supplier.
