“emergency move not catered for”

I have recently had to move into a care home as an emergency intake due to physical deterioration. The contact centres are closed due to COVID19 which is understandable however the "my account" move register only allows for pre notification of moves and i will be without a phone for two weeks.

This is the only contact i have with my family in this current crisis. The on line chat system is no existant and the email system is rubbish.

I'm sure if i cancelled my DD Talk Talk would pull out all the stops to get their money.

Im 86 and disabled.
