Got renewal been with few years. No claims. Price went up substantially.sent several emails no replies. Called eventually got through said someone call you 72 hrs no reply. Called got through after 30 mins didn’t even try and discuss renewal price. Seems not interested in keeping loyal customers. Got excuses about Coronavirus. I work with key workers. My time is limited than trying to contact more than. I don’t think Coronavirus can be blamed for price hiking or bad service. Avoid this company
