“Trolls live May show cancelled due to covid 19. No refund”

Spoke to several representatives today regarding tickets purchased. First off, we thought the tickets were purchased through the box office. We were aware that it was a 3rd party. Also, we have yet to receive any tickets or emails from them regarding out event being cancelled. They are refusing to refund us for the tickets. Ticketmaster has refunded everyone but this company is not. DO NOT BUY YOUR TICKETS FROM THEM!! Currently contacting the better business bureau, attorney general as well as the bank. Was on the phone with them for Almost an hour waiting to see "what they can do". They need to go out of business!! We purchased 2 tickets for $186.90 and they won't refund and make things right
