“I don’t know how they are still in business!”

I have dealt with many service companies over the years and I have dealt with issues before, however, nothing compares to the ridiculously disgraceful so-called service that Able Group provided to me. The engineer turned up very late with no notification of this. They did not know what the issue was and my partner actually took stuff apart to look and suggested the issue which the engineer just agreed with but said they couldn’t do anything, and left after less than 10 minutes. We have now been hounded by Able to pay over £100 for doing nothing, nothing at all?? They claim no call out charge so what is this actually for? Not only did they do nothing they are now threatening legal action because I refuse to pay for nothing. I didn’t agree the amount they are claiming for as I did not know what the issue was and expected a quote on site. There are other issues in relation to their conduct that I won’t mention on here but I have complained to customer relations, credit control, the actual owner of this set up and the operations manager. A normal, decent company would be mortified at my complaint and try to make it up to me and apologise, but not Able, they have said nothing, just made threats. They do not care one bit about customer service and I don’t know how they sleep at night. The bottom line is, go elsewhere. They will not provide a good service as they just want money from you. Avoid at all costs!,,
