“AIR RAM Fantastic Sweepers BUT?”

Whilst Air Ram are really good sweepers it does have set backs. We have had a Air Ram Sweeper since 2016 it is brilliant, However, six months ago I contacted the for a new on/off switch, the reply Hit the Switch with a Slipper.

The sweeper is now in a position where it's off more than on so I contacted them again asking if they did shave a new switch and that I was going to get a second but only if they could provide a switch when it went wrong. I got no reply from them so I can only assume that they cannot or will not replace it. I have therefore gone off them and seeking a company that will supply a sweeper and full replacement parts. I will not buy again until then.
