“Their FB page is very helpful”

I messaged their Facebook page asking about their openness during the CV19 lockdown. For obvious reasons, they aren't delivering right now. As inconvenient as that may be for me, I am glad they aren't trying to pretend like they're essential at the expense of their employee's safety, the way Starbucks and others have done. I have a background in sales, both electronics and finance, so I tend to spot salesmen red flags from a mile away and I had absolutely no issues talking with them. There was no pressure to buy, no trying to sell me on anything I don't need. They offer financing, but at no point did anyone try to sell me on it, which was really nice because that's my least favourite thing salespeople tend to do. My original plan was to buy a used table, but I couldn't be happier that I went with a new one from them. Can't wait to play on my new table.
