“Clueless ”

Everything was great until the offer was accepted and we were passed to the female rep, she simply didn’t have a clue, she would contact me every Monday for an update but do nothing proactive herself, matters were made worse when she let the disabled seller moved into rent accommodation without checking with us for a completion date, costing the seller additional payments and much distress. We ended up asking for the sellers details, so we could keep them updated ourselves. The final straw was when she asked us to transfer our £40K deposit to her and not our solicitor. My husband said this isn’t how it worked, she said sorry I don’t have a clue! Highly unprofessional, poor knowledge, greedy for commission and very poor customer service for everyone.

As a professional I will not be recommending your company.
