I purchased a roof bike carrier for my husband, in which never got opened (from date of delivery), over the winter months he didn't cycle much and then 4 months later he decides to change the car!!! - therefore the carrier, still in its original delivery packaging wasn't fit for purpose. I thought I would have to sell it on ebay and revisit Roofbox for a tow bar bike carrier instead, there I noticed they had a 90 day exchange scheme, knowing we were just (and some more) outside the 90 days I wasn't sure if they would accept the item back and was ready for a 'no sorry!' reply and I would have completely understood, after all it was our fault. I was honest about our situation and their response was wonderful, they were willing to take it back and offer us full credit towards our next purchase with them, how awesome is that. We have now received our new tow bar bike carrier, fitted it to the new car and hope to use it this weekend!
It was so easy dealing with them and delivery was prompt. Thank you ever so much Roof Box Company, you truly are decent people! Keep up the good customer service.
