I returned yesterday to collect my car and was met by a rude,unhelpful man who refused to lift my small suitcase into the vehicle...I am an elderly woman with mobility issues,I reclaimed my vehicle,started the engine and was blasted out of my seat by a radio channel which was most definitely not radio 4,after adjusting the mirror and the seat I noticed an extra 30 miles on the mileage clock evidently my car had been used for personal motoring.It was 23.00 by this time and I was aware that there would not be enough fuel to return home...had to find a petrol station in Bristol which is an unknown area.
I have used them previously and have thought never again,their rude,surly,unhelpful staff are a disgrace,henceforth shall use Oakwood,a little more expensive but a totally different experience.
