“Economy Car Rentals Nightmare ”

Stay away from this company. When you arrive at the airport there is no car!!If you want to go ahead with a booking with the hire company (in our case Thrifty) you are asked for three times the amount quoted through this site. According to Thrifty staff in Orlando airport they had never even heard of Economy Car Rentals. Not good in the middle of the night feeling very vulnerable with children (one being disabled). On return home the lack of customer service was even more shocking. They take a deposit and let you down. Ruined the start of our once in a life time holiday. Steer clear.
