My daughter ordered a dress from HOF for £75 and paid £5 for delivery. It didn't fit so we wanted to return it - they said to return it at our own cost and with special delivery that was £7.40!! We tried to take it to their store in Birmingham but were told we would only get an e voucher!

An expensive £12.40 to try on a dress!!

When so many good stores offer free Collect+ returns and delivery for goods over a certain amount, I can't believe HOF want to charge!

Won't be buying from there - little surprise stores are closing if they can't make there goods accessible and easy to return!
