“Failed to Honor Warranty on Faulty Phone”

They sent a faulty phone and when it was returned to them and they claimed that the fault was due to misuse.
The phone was faulty when it was delivered by Handtec.
Handtec have refused to repair, replace or refund the order.
Buyer beware! Do not trust their TrustPilot reviews, they're fake
