I have been charged a 2nd incorrect excess and when I disputed it I have been given different excuses. I have had to get my vet and the physiotherapist to confirm this is all one injury and claim and therefore my initial excess was enough but no one is listening to me. I will never use Pet plan again and I have told all my friends about the terrible service I have received so far. I am again going to have to spend time tomorrow trying to resolve this. I was also advised my claim would be delayed by another 7-10 days and then received an email stating my payment had been made less of course the 2nd excess which is incorrect
