“Bad service and communication”

Stay away, such a bad service, to start with ordered refurbished(as new laptop) from them paid for 12 months insurance and delivery, delivery arranged, msg sent by them that it will be delivered on Tue morning, by DX delivery company unfortunately I missed them with couple of min, email sent from Laptops direct to rearrange delivery- done for the next day. Comes next day no msg or news checked the tracking number says its been delivered on the previous day- no card left whatsoever. Called Laptopsdirect to been told that the item was damaged and return to them, why do they ask me to re arrange delivery then??
Thurs morning talking to them again to find where it is - they were looking at, Friday got a call to be assured they are lookig at the case, finally in the afternoon they found out that it was delivered to my neighbour- no card left to say that and confusing msgs from Laptops Direct. Got the laptop in the end started it, the fan is making noise like helicopter... Called them on Monday said I am not happy with the whole thing, assured by customer service -Mani that I they will arrange collecting on the next day and I will get a call on the same day from technical team to suggest new laptop for me- never got that call, Tue week after I was supposed to have laptop already the faulty one collected, still no call from tech guys to suggest alternative option. Wed, Thur calling and emailing them- answer is they need to receive it and test it and then I will get suggestions, Friday - 10 days later I've told them I had enough and would like refund from them otherwise I will do a bad review, got immediate refund(3 working day yet to receive my money in my account) but only for the laptop not the extra insurance I've done.
Another call and arguing with them, reference number given to call my bank, another refund done for the insurance, called the bank no transfer of course and still waiting.
Nearly 3 weeks now and no laptop or refund in my account so I can buy new laptop, overall bad communication and service, not even an attempt to at least do a good will gesture as an apology- they don't have such thing in place...
