“Bad bad bad”

Bought a very expensive sofa a chair was told it would take 9 to 12 weeks to come no problem. Came after 10 weeks very good, had the sofa less than a year very rarely sit on it due to not at home much,so to my amazement I noticed tears in the side and back when I checked it was very cheap pvc not leather only the seat and arms was leather wasn't told this at the time I wouldn't have bought it if I knew this. So rang dfs and explained my disappointment and mentioned there 15 year guarantee they so proudly advertise on TV the lady was very polite in telling me the guarantee was for only springs sticking. What e joke don't buy from these.
